Welcome to PharmaChemEng (pharmachemeng.com). By accessing, browsing, or using our interactive process engineering calculators, scale-up software modules, technical documentation, or user account services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our tools for equipment sizing, thermal rating, or validation modeling.

ENGINEERING CALCULATOR & SIZING DISCLAIMER

Calculations performed by PharmaChemEng (including Pressure Vessel ASME thickness sizing, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger TEMA ratings, Control Valve Cv flow regimes, Cooling Tower thermal duty, and MEE Evaporator ZLD balances) are provided as preliminary engineering estimation tools. While our algorithms incorporate established industry standards (ASME Sec VIII, TEMA, CTI, NFPA, DIN, ISO), final detailed engineering designs, mechanical fabrication drawings, and safety interlocks must be verified, reviewed, and stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or certified Process Authority prior to procurement or installation.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account or utilizing PharmaChemEng calculators, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the technical capacity or professional qualifications to understand process engineering calculations and cGMP safety standards.

2. Use of Engineering Tools & Calculators

PharmaChemEng grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our web-based calculators and software modules subject to the following rules:

Fair Usage: Automated scraping, rate-limiting bypass, or brute-force requests to calculator APIs are strictly prohibited.
Input Verification: Users are responsible for ensuring that all input variables (pressures, temperatures, flow rates, fluid properties) utilize correct SI/MKS units and accurate physical properties.
Datasheet Export: Generated CAD schematics and datasheets are intended for engineering reference and project evaluation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, proprietary mathematical formulations, parametric SVG CAD vector viewport engines, logos, trade dress, codebases, and technical documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of PharmaChemEng (Kiran Seepana) and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PharmaChemEng and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in calculation outputs or CAD vector diagrams.
Equipment failure, pressure vessel overpressurization, chemical spill, or process downtime resulting from unverified engineering inputs.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your user transmissions or account data.

5. Governing Law & Contact Details

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
