While algorithmic methodologies follow established chemical engineering principles, final detailed mechanical designs, pressure relief sizing, metallurgy compatibility, and safety interlocks must be independently reviewed, validated, and formally stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or certified Process Authority prior to equipment procurement, fabrication, or plant commissioning.
